Health Tracking
Record what matters between visits. You decide who sees it.
Readings your doctor asks for, logs you keep for yourself and notes your family adds all live in your own account. Each one has a clear audience, and you can change it at any time.
What this gives you
- Share the readings your doctor asked for, without repeating them at the visit.
- Keep private logs that no doctor sees unless you choose.
- Let family help with everyday care, with the access you give them.
What You Can Record
Three kinds of record, each with its own audience
Some records are for your doctor, some are only for you, and some are shared with the people who help you at home.
Check-ins your doctor asks for
Your doctor sets what to record, how often and for how long. Each reading goes to them, counted week by week.
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Weight and height
- Temperature, breathing rate and oxygen level
- Blood glucose
- Pain, and where it hurts
- Recovery after dental treatment
Logs you keep for yourself
Private by default and never sent to a doctor unless you choose. Mood and cycle tracking are encrypted and switched on separately.
- Sleep
- Water
- Activity
- Meals
- Mood
- Cycle
Everyday care, with your circle
For the people who help at home, each with the access you give them.
- A shared care log: meals, sleep, mobility, skin and more
- Medication doses marked given or not given
- Your own measurements, added any time
- Allergies reported to your care team
- Documents and photos sent for review
Imports from wearables and laboratories are planned, not built.
For Doctors
A factual weekly count, not a verdict
When you ask a patient to record something, you see what arrived and when: how many readings this week against how many you asked for. Values are stored exactly as entered.
Any rule about what a reading means is yours to write, for your own patients. Nerida ships none.
- Blood pressure3 of 7 readings
- Blood glucose5 of 7 readings
- Pain (0–10)Reading added todaynew
Readings are stored as entered and counted as they arrive. What they mean is for the patient and their doctor to discuss.
Our CommitmentsHelp decide what patients can record next
Patients, carers and doctors who take part shape which records come next and how they are shared.
