What it involves
A handful of conversations, at your pace: how your intake works, how your day is coordinated, where follow-up breaks down, which reports you actually trust.
Walkthroughs use fictional data only; no patient information is ever part of design partnership. When the platform completes its clinical, legal and security review, design partners get first access to the controlled pilot.
